On the afternoon of December 24, Huankui College held the 2nd English Culture Festival & Five Education Outcomes Exhibition to enhance students’ English application abilities and summarize the college’s achievements in integrating moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education (Five Education) over the past year. Fourteen carefully prepared programs were staged, fully showcasing the youthful vitality of Huankui students. Wang Meiyan (Director of the University Student Work Committee and Student Affairs Office), He Haixiang (Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Medical Department), Qiu Xiaoyi (Deputy Director of the University Convergence Media Center), Xiong Chengjun (Deputy Secretary of the University Committee of the Communist Youth League), and Dou Zhenglan (teacher from the School of Foreign Languages) were invited to attend, along with all teachers and students of Huankui College.

Adhering to the core of integrating Five Education, Huankui College has built the "Colorful Five Education Classes" – including Moral Education Red Classes, Intellectual Education Gold Classes, Physical Education Blue Classes, Aesthetic Education Orange Classes, and Labor Education Green Classes. Through diverse, multi-layered, and innovative forms, the college comprehensively improves students’ overall quality, cultivating medical professionals with great virtue, love, and capability. Over the past year, Huankui students have excelled in academic studies, research, competitions, social practice, and cultural and sports activities, achieving remarkable results.

Outstanding Achievements in Five Education

l Competitions & Publications: Students won top awards in national events such as the National College Student Life Science Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the National College Student Intelligent Technology Application Competition. Many also secured national-level funding for innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, with some publishing papers in top journals (e.g., S1 district with high IF scores).

l Thematic Activities: The college launched red education activities to inherit revolutionary spirits, established off-campus labor practice bases, and explored "sports-medicine integration" to ensure every student masters a sports skill.

The event was highly praised by judges for students’ excellent comprehensive quality and the college’s effective Five Education integration. In the new year, Huankui College will continue to uphold its training model of "strengthening physical and mental health, solidifying foundations, refining skills, emphasizing innovation, forging feelings, and nurturing great doctors". Leveraging events like the Science and Technology Culture Festival and English Culture Festival, it will improve the Five Education integration mechanism and cultivate more top-notch innovative medical talents with great virtue, love, and capability.
