In October, Huankui College invited two experts to host the "Medical Journey Navigation – Huankui Lecture" Humanistic Enlightenment Series, aiming to support students’ mental health growth and clarify their academic and career planning as medical professionals.

Lecture 1: College Students’ Mental Health and Growth

On October 25, Dr. Li Mengqian, Associate Professor of Psychosomatic Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, combined clinical experience to explain the younger trend of mental health issues and the future development prospects of the mental health profession. She popularized mental health criteria, introduced self-healing methods based on emotional characteristics, and helped students actively assess and address their psychological problems. Dr. Li also answered on-site questions about daily psychological challenges, guiding students to face mental health positively and nurturing their inner well-being.

Lecture 2: Medical Students’ Career Development and Professional Preparation

On October 29, Wang Shaolang, Chairman of Beijing Qihang Zhiyuan Education Technology Co., Ltd., shared his personal experience in a lecture themed "Medical Students’ Career Development and Professional Preparation". Starting from the development characteristics of medical students, he deeply interpreted the professional qualities required of doctors, emphasizing that career development and preparation are crucial for medical students. He detailed the basic concepts and steps of career development, encouraging students to pursue excellence, continuously improve professional skills and knowledge, and enhance teamwork and communication abilities. Finally, analyzing Jiangxi’s industrial status, Mr. Wang noted that the province’s rapidly developing pharmaceutical industry offers broad employment prospects, encouraging Huankui students to engage in the pharmaceutical industry and contribute to social health.
