On April 8, nearly 150 students from three grades of Huankui College participated in a quality development themed team building activity. Held under the bright spring sun, the event aimed to enhance the college’s cohesion, break grade barriers, and strengthen friendships among students.  

Centered on team communication and collaboration, the activity included four sessions: ice-breaking warm-up, Challenge No.1, Power Circle, and 60-Second Sprint. During the ice-breaking session, instructors divided students into eight groups. Team leaders guided members to design team names, slogans, and special poses, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. In Challenge No.1, teams competed fiercely, demonstrating strong cohesion and combat effectiveness. Notably, in the Power Circle, all participants held ropes to form a circle and completed 300 rope shakes under instructors’ guidance, challenging the impossible, enhancing mutual collaboration, and fostering a sense of honor and belonging.  

With games as the carrier, sports as the support, and reflection as the goal, the activity allowed students to gain joy, narrow the distance between different grades, promote communication and trust, cultivate a positive mindset, and strengthen teamwork awareness. It greatly boosted team cohesion and added vivid colors to building the distinctive college culture of Huankui.  

Zhang Xiangyue from Grade 2020 said: "Thank the college for this opportunity. Through the quality development activity, I got to know so many interesting people. Learning alone without friends leads to ignorance; interacting and learning with everyone is like polishing jade together – it’s extremely joyful."
