The training program integrated theoretical knowledge with practical operations, consisting of four phases: online theoretical lectures, offline knowledge teaching, hands-on practice, and graduation assessment. The professional team from Nanchang Red Cross Emergency Rescue Promotion Center was responsible for delivering the training. Through scenario analysis, on-site demonstrations, picture illustrations, and video presentations, the instructors elaborated on the basic knowledge of the Red Cross Society, fundamental theories of emergency rescue, trauma care including hemostasis and bandaging, and first aid techniques for airway obstruction, among other common first aid skills.

Focusing on key procedures such as the Heimlich maneuver, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), the trainers emphasized the importance and operational essentials of CPR, making students deeply aware of the necessity of strengthening self-protection awareness and emergency rescue capabilities.

During the practical training session, students practiced in pairs repeatedly, striving to master every step of first aid proficiently and become qualified guardians of lives. With earnest attitudes and careful operations, all participants successfully passed both the on-site theoretical assessment and practical skills evaluation.
